From the time the concept of blogging came into mainstream news and free blogging sites were made available I was always against blogging. I never could understand why someone will write his/her intimate thoughts or dairy sort of feelings and publish it for public to read. I had always told that I will 'never' blog.
So like all 'Never' this one is also coming to an end here... Here I am, blogging.
So why am I blogging?
It all started from the time I got married. My mom wanted me to have a child immediately. But my hub didn't want one immediately (neither did I) as we wanted to see few places, get time for each other and settle in life a bit better before starting a new adventure. Yes, we knew even then that it was going to be an adventure. So days months and years flew on. We finally completed our to-do before parenthood list and started to try for a baby. But like all well laid out plans, God disposed ours too and I was down with sciatica. After a month in complete bed rest we were advised by doctors that it is better to get my health back before baby. So I spent next few months building my strength, volunteering and hunting for new jobs. All this while I was trying my best to fend our sanity from all the pressures that parents and society was putting on us.
Finally it all happened. I got a job and lo and behold I was pregnant as well!! Were we in the 7th heaven? Little did we know how big the whole adventure was going to be! Thats when my hub told me, why don't I write about the whole thing so that some other soul looking for support somewhere will get some solace that she is not alone.
So here I am blogging about all the things that we are facing in day-to-day adventure of bringing up a baby...
